Hailey: Let's play puppy dog! I'm the puppy, you're the mommy, and Uncle Matt's the daddy!

Me: Okay.

Hailey: Woof!

Me: Good puppy! *pats on the head*

Hailey: Woof!

Uncle Matt: Puppy, go in your kennel!

Hailey: (sadly) Woof?

Let's see, we met in 2004 in Baltimore MD by chance, a friend of a friend, and, although we were not romantically involved, we kept in touch through the internet for about a year. After a year, due to circumstances, we lost contact and were in absolutely no communication for a full year. At camp Agassiz 2006, I knew he was going to be there, and was looking for him, when a friend pointed him out and I ran screaming his name for a hug. The rest is history ;). We are now married and have been together for over three years and Matt wanted a blog so I suggested a joint one and hence the creation of this site, and the very about [us] you are reading. Crazy, huh?
