I saw this comic on someone else's blog, and thought it was so true. People used to tell my mom she was making a big mistake and that I wouldn't have a social life. In truth, when I was in private school I had no social life. Once I was home-schooled I got to hang out with my home-schooled friends more often, because we were often done with our homework faster. With a little push in middle school, I was a social butterfly. I know if I had stayed in public school my whole life I would not be who I am today. . . I would be just another face in the crowd.
